Corrales Country Park

Owned by the famous Spanish singer Ana Reverte Corrales Country Park is a paradise for anyone who loves living in the countryside. Currently home to a small expat community who wake up every morning to spectacular views and relax in the evenings to eyewatering sunsets.

The village of Los Corrales is in the province of Seville. Malaga and Seville airports are within reach. Everything you can want can be found in the village. The nearest hospital is in Osuna, which is about 15 km away. The park is fully residential, so becoming a resident in Spain is possible.

The hotel, bar and restaurant are used by the locals, so practising your Spanish is easy. Residents are part of the local community. Custom-built park homes are supplied by Sante Jimenez, a local constructor or Alhambra homes situated in Alicante.

First up, we will show you a drone’s eye view of the park.

Corrales Country Park is a great place to submerge yourself in an authentic Spanish lifestyle. We say an authentic Spanish lifestyle as the park is located in the heart of Andalucia, where the local customs are very much alive. If you want to spend real time amongst the Spanish, learn the language and soak up the culture, this is an ideal location.

Los Corrales is just over the border in the province of Sevilla, equidistant between Malaga and Sevilla, so both airports are within reach when wanting to arrive or get away. The town itself has a population of a little under 4000 people, so it has everything you need for day-to-day living, such as banks, bars, supermarkets, a post office and a medical centre. It is within easy reach of larger towns such as Osuna, where the nearest hospital is located, and Campillos. Places to use for more variety, or a day out.

The park is part of a well-established rural tourism complex, so becoming a resident in Spain is possible. It is less than a kilometre to the local village, and has a small hotel, bar and restaurant. The hotel, bar and restaurant are used by the locals, so practising your Spanish is easy. Residents are part of the local community.

The complex was expanded 15 years ago, and plots for mobile homes were added. The owners wanted the park to evolve organically and not as part of a full-blown marketing campaign. They have always wanted to ensure the right people arrive on the park to live there. This has proved a successful approach as, although it is a small community, the residents are happy and enjoy a personal experience and relationship with the owners.

The owners offer support and advice on the local area, and help when any of the residents are in need for whatever reason. They have also been known to hold a pretty good residents’ party!

There are two ways to live in the park: either by relocating your existing home or buying a new custom-built park home. These are supplied either by Santi Jimenez, a local constructor or Alhambra Homes situated in Alicante.

Apart from building custom-built homes, Santi is also the park representative, so he will be the person you meet on a visit. He is also a specialist in relocations, so he would arrange the installation and siting of your home.

The Costa Difference team start the process by helping you arrange a visit and liaising between you and Santi. Once everything is set up, Santi takes over and deals with transport, installation, siting, connection and payments.

So would you like to arrange a visit? Would you like to enquire about a custom-built home? Or maybe relocating your existing one? If so, please fill in the contact form and give us some details.
